Food affects the emotional state of bodybuilders. Thus, understanding the psychological aspects of food is the key to success in bodybuilding and physical fitness. Bodybuilders must develop a dietary regimen that improves their mood and their physical well-being at the same time.

Wine, women & health

A glass of wine a day for women is beneficial both psychologically and physically. Studies have shown that people who drink light to moderate amounts of wine also tend to consume food that are healthier compared to people who prefer beer and other alcoholic beverages.
