HIV infection and TB
Article Abstract:
Research conducted on the relationship between HIV infection and tuberculosis are detailed. TB infection can be acquired simply such as through an aerosol that is in the air after a person with the disease coughs. The dangers of this disease and ways to prevent it are discussed as well as the challenges faced by many developing countries in getting preventative messages out to the public.

HIV counselling and testing
Article Abstract:
The approach being employed by health officials in Zambia when it comes to treating patients with HIV and AIDS is discussed. The services of the counseling centers and the challenges faced in promoting preventative measures are noted. The research conducted on this disease along with the drugs available for slowing down its spread are detailed.

Preventing mother-to-child transmission of HIV
Article Abstract:
Research is presented on the relationship between mother-to-child transmission of HIV during pregnancy. The progress made in this field as well as some drugs which have been developed to cut the transmission rate down to up to nearly fifty percent are discussed. A study conducted in Thailand that has shown positive results is noted.
