Hospitals should be first to ban smoking
Article Abstract:
Hospitals seem to be the logical place to begin implementing a smoking ban when it is imposed on smoking in public places. Services that can help even the most habituated smoker to quit are needed to safeguard the health of patients, but this does not seem feasible since hospitals and mental health wards in particular, are equipped with a smoking room, allowing smokers to smoke inside a hospital.
