How many students turn their backs on nursing?
Article Abstract:
A crucial factor to maintain a strong nursing workforce is by encouraging nursing students to stay the course. The reasons for dropouts is attributed to the problem of students who have to juggle family life with their course and the financial burden of having to pay for childcare, bills, traveling to and from university and placements, as well as balancing the need to study with working during holidays and weekends.
