How about making reimbursement 'fee for benefit'?
Article Abstract:
'Fee-for-benefit' has become a concept which could replace fee-for-service in a physician's reimbursement. Expected outcomes and benefits are not taken into consideration under fee-for-service, and fee-for-benefit could provide an incentive for focusing on results rather than services. Fee-for-benefit would also put the patient first and provide higher pay for higher medical benefits provided by the physician.

Keeping your assets from tempting plaintiff's attorneys
Article Abstract:
One method by which physicians can protect their assets from frivolous lawsuits consists of setting up a limited family partnership (LFP). For example, parents may become general partners with about a 2% interest, and make their children limited partners with a 98% interest. The parents manage the funds, and creditors can recover judgments on the interest, but not the principal of the LFP.

Protecting your assets ... before it's too late
Article Abstract:
Physicians should develop asset protection plans before the threat of litigation occurs. Foreign trusts offer physicians the ability to protect their assets, control the assets and are tax neutral. Generally, plaintiffs may be deterred from pursuing assets held in foreign trusts, while domestic trusts are easier targets for litigation.
