Article Abstract:
Health service providers benefit from the input of end-users and should use their views to help review and reform services. Staff should be trained to deal sensitively with end-users regarding their views on services received, even during times of distress, such as when a baby has died. Developing communication skills is a vital element of nurse training, laying the future foundations for the services in the UK.
