Understanding the issues involved in requesting X-rays
Article Abstract:
Increasing number of nurses request for examinations involving the use of ionizing radiations, such as X-rays and computerized tomography (CT) scans. Since this is a very important concept, radiographers are not allowed to expose a patient to ionizing radiation unless the examination is justified on clinical grounds.

Ensuring patient dignity when accessing and using toilets
Article Abstract:
The recently launched campaign, 'Behind closed doors' emphasizes on the necessity of treating the patients with dignity and respect, even when they are using the toilet, as proper environment and care given to them by the nurses highly affect their progress.
