Monitoring the pulse as part of track and trigger
Article Abstract:
The abnormalities of the pulse rate and the related nursing observations and actions are investigated. Measurement of the pulse is a basic nursing observation during which there is a chance that mistakes will be committed, therefore, correct pulse reading is essential and nurses should have a systematic problem-solving approach in the care of patients with pulse-rate abnormalities.
