Nurses debate merits of new mental health plans
Article Abstract:
The Chief Nursing Officer's Review of Mental Health Nursing made 17 broad recommendations and numerous sub-recommendations, however, there is some debate over how effective the review will be as a catalyst for change at local level. It is left to local trusts to decide how to apply recommendations and it will be their responsibility to provide cash that might be needed which has raised concerns.
