Article Abstract:
A study carried out through a three-pronged method, a casenote audit, a nurseEs feedback form and two focus groups assessed whether the compulsory screening for dietary needs in hospital care were achieved. To emphasize the importance of nutritional management in health care more efficient screening tool is required.

Article Abstract:
The need of long-term investment and funding for the development of an effective strategy against the healthcare-associated infections (HCAIs) is discussed. The author feels that using high-tech procedures at home and providing better training to people is also necessary to improve the situation.
