Back pain can be avoided with a combination of fitness routines that include aerobic exercise, muscle strength and application of the correct body mechanics. The lumbar spine, or lower back portion, is the most common area for injury, but proper exercise, movement and posture will alleviate that.

Fibromyalgia: coping with the pain
Article Abstract:
Fibromyalgia is a condition affecting as many as 2% of Americans. Its main symptom is chronic pain in muscles, tendons and ligaments. Other symptoms include stiffness and sleeping problems. There is no cure but stress reduction, exercise, medication and other steps may reduce the pain.

Chest pain can evolve from a variety of causes which are not related to heart disease. Noncardiac symptoms should be taken seriously. These can originate from gastroesophageal discomfort, anxiety disorders, costochondritis, pulmonary embolism, pleurisy, and pinched nerves.
