Prostate by the numbers
Article Abstract:
Prostate cancer affects 317,000 men a year and kills 41,000. The numbers of afflicted men have been increasing partly due to the increased usage of diagnostic tests at earlier ages. The most effective current test is called Prostate Specific Antigen which is recommended by the American Cancer Society.
