Spontaneous dissection of common iliac artery: A case report
Article Abstract:
A case report of a patient with acute dissection of the common iliac artery during exercise, with groin pain and claudication as early symptoms, is presented. High-energy traumatic injuries lead to spontaneous dissection of iliac artery caused either during pregnancy, collagen diseases, and alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency.

Adventitial cystic disease of the external iliac vein presenting with deep venous thrombosis: A case report
Article Abstract:
A case report associated with deep venous thrombosis is presented where thrombolysis in a patient showed smooth luminal defects of the external iliac vein, prompting surgical explorations. The preferred options include resection of the involved segment followed by venous reconstruction.
