Serum cholesterol and ischaemic heart disease
Article Abstract:
Two prominent nutritionists defend their method in quantifying mortality rates of different populations from ischaemic heart diseases by clarifying that their method minimized errors pertaining to serum cholesterol measurements in the subjects. They claim that their method precisely specified the hydrolyzing of cholesteryl esters to free cholesterol before extraction into alcohol in alcohol-consuming subjects.
