A female bodybuilder talks about how she got her start in bodybuilding. She believes that exercising throughout her pregnancy gave her the strength to be up and about the same night she gave birth to her child. She also managed to get back into shape three months after childbirth.

The pregnancy of Clare Downing increased her weight to 210 lbs. which she was able to reduce to 135 lbs. through bodybuilding and sheer determination. Her reduction program depended largely on adopting lifestyle changes from a sedentary one to one of fitness and exercise.
