Treating cancer by targeting a weakness
Article Abstract:
Research on antitumor drugs suggests that it is possible to achieve specificity without toxicity by adopting a new approach to targeting tumor cells. The role of poly-adenosine diphosphate-ribose polymerase 1 (PARP1) inhibitors in killing tumor cells in rats is discussed.
