Widening the nurse recruitment net
Article Abstract:
The National Health Service (NHS) employers that deal with recruitment and retention issues is planning on a more targeted approach for recruitment with regard to the age of new recruits. NHS employers think that people in their 30s and 40s group could be encouraged into the profession as a second career after having a family, or as compete change in direction from private industry.
