Winter exercise: Staying fit, staying warm

It is suggested to make an exercise plan during winter as it makes one feel better mentally and physically and help fight holiday weight gain. Different kinds of creative and fun ways of indoor exercise routine are mentioned that include mall walking, swimming, joining a health club, exercising at home and many others.

A healthy weight loss can be achieved by limiting meat, eating real food rather than liquid meals, exercising and using weekly weigh-ins. Eating breakfast and drinking enough water are also important.
