A key part of any treatment programme for the older patients is taking note of the falls, which cost the government 981 million pound sterling a year, with 60 percent of the bill borne by NHS. However, one way to avoid the falls is by helping older people to tackle the problem by exercises like stretching that help mobility and flexibility in older people.
