Robert Kaplan and David Norton's balanced scoreboard approach provides an organization a framework for transforming strategic goals into a more directed set of performance measures. It also helps in assessing the future of cash balance plans. The field covered by financial scorecard include financial perspective for issues of importance to shareholders and customer perspective. Cash balance plans, which continue to satisfy strategic employer needs for different organizations, are expected to maintain its growth.
