American workforce is now comprised of four generations and the employee benefits must be designed to cater to each one without being unfair to the other. Suggestions are offered to evolve employee benefits for different generations and make the business enterprise the best place to work with for all the generations.

The importance of LTC insurance for the retirement security of the baby boomers

With the aim of dispelling all erroneous notions about long-term care (LTC) insurance, it is analyzed and the affordability is shown. The need for the expansion of the market for LTC insurance is also discussed. The significance of LTC insurance for baby boomers is especially stressed.
