Outsourcing a satisfied and committed workforce: a trucking industry case study
Article Abstract:
Despite outsourcing's high profile, very little is done to investigate the attitudes and perceptions of the outsourced employees or to determine ways to ease their transition. A research analyzing employee attitudes and behavior both before and after outsourcing in the transportation industry is presented.

Exploring the adjustment of the American expatriate spouses in Germany
Article Abstract:
In a questionnaire survey of American expatriate spouses to Germany on adjustment levels it is observed that negligence and antecedents in spousal adjustment were present.
