The nature and antecedents of middle manager resistance to change: evidence from an Italian context
Article Abstract:
The resistance to change (RTC) of middle managers is examined using the information obtained by the study of 300 middle managers in the Italian national electricity company (ENEL). Middle management, pro-change behaviors, anti-change behaviors, etc. are discussed.
