'The other woman' and the question of equal opportunity in Australian organizations
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine how the interaction of systems of stratification constructs social locations for minority ethnic women in Australian organizations. Findings show that these women face the structural consequences of the intersection between several forms of systems of subordination.
