'Work is a healer' - insurers urge employers 'to get them back'

Delegates at the QBE annual insurance conference heard about the government's plans and its effects on the industry, and insurers in a market that is trying to adjust to the outdated under pricing. Mike Noonan of QBE insurance requested the employers to speak with the employees with ill health before considering retirement, as stress should be laid on rehabilitation as 'work is a healer' and the organization must try to get them back.
