Another view on state anttrust enforcement - a reply to Judge Posner
Article Abstract:
The author responds to an article by Judge Richard Posner of the US 7th Circuit Court of Appeals which argues that federal law should preempt state antitrust laws. The author contends that antitrust enforcement efforts by state attorneys have contributed significantly to consumer welfare.
