Attorneys engaged in job hunting should keep certain questions besides money in mind. They should find out about benefits and long-term compensation structure, not just salary. Aspects of firm culture to find out about include how much flexibility and control over their work time new hires have, how evaluations are done and the personality and work style of the practice group leader.
