International commercial dispute resolution
Article Abstract:
The American Arbitration Association (AAA) has been a respected player in the international arbitration community but in the 1990s must respond to changes in the international environment to continue its success. The AAA must maintain stability as the number or international arbitration groups and clients are increasing. The AAA must rely on traditional procedures and also create new procedures in a changing global environment.

International commercial arbitration: harmonizing cultural differences
Article Abstract:
Differences in the practice of international commercial arbitration law with respect to the US, England, and Continental Europe are discussed. The authors seek to harmonize procedures for the examination of witnesses, submission of pleadings, expert evidence, proof of foreign law, and application of transnational commercial law.
