First-class delivery; innovations increase access to CLE programs
Article Abstract:
New ways to deliver CLE programming to lawyers developed by the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education are outlined. An examples is Webcasting, making it possible for lawyers to attend classes via the Internet. The center also has CLE on Demand and provides video and audio Webcasts of past seminars.

State-hopping; UPL case law trying to catch up with lawyers on the go
Article Abstract:
Unauthorized practice of law issues created by lawyers giving advice in jurisdictions where they are not licensed to practice are discussed. The first step in a solution is separating nonlawyer practitioners from lawyers practicing outside jurisdictions in which they are licensed. Advocates argue for multijurisdictional practice.
