Peel 'n' stick paradox; improved Bates numbering method is more precise yet more labor-intensive
Article Abstract:
Using WordPect 8.0 to auto-number clear labels, then affixing these labels to documents produced in litigation allows auto-incrementing of Bates numbers and their "auto-insertion" as prefix subsets to numbers. The method takes longer than using a Bates stamp, however. Detailed directions for automated stamping on the personal computer are given. .
