The 2000 National Law Journal/DecisionQuest Juror Outlook Survey is discussed, and showed respondents who dressed conservatively and had a low-key style in court. Nearly half of respondents would ignore a judge's instructions if they felt doing so would serve justice.

JFK to Lockerbie; how fascination with president's killing spawned a practice
Article Abstract:
Mark Zaid's suit against Libya, representing 40 families of passengers killed in the bombing of a Pan Am plane over Lockerbie, Scotland, in 1988, is discussed, and was one of his successful battles against government secrecy. Various Freedom of Information Act cases on which Zaid worked are also discussed.
