Article Abstract:
The continued existence of a hostile work environment and quid pro quo sexual harassment for women in the legal profession is discussed. Law students with the behavior are taking their attitudes into the working world.

The increase in law firms emphasizing quality of life arguments over requirements for high numbers of billable hours is described. Many recruiters now state they are asked right away about flexible hours of labor.
