Buena Vista serves up Ainsley Harriott in US
Article Abstract:
Buena Vista Television, a subsidiary of Disney, has been commissioned to develop a talk show medium for British TV cook Ainsley Harriott that will target the US syndication market. The talk show titled The Ainsley Harriott Show, which is planned to be rolled out in the autumn 1999 season, will be produced with the cooperation of Merv Griffin Entertainment. The talk show, which is planned to include cooking and interviews, will be designed to have a duration of one hour on a daily basis for the early evening or daytime slot.
