Article Abstract:
Television drama film "The Relief of Belsen" is based on the true story of the British Army Medical Corps who set up a relief HQ/makeshift hospital at Belsen, Germany during the Holocaust. Pitching the idea was not difficult, but the production faced several challenges starting with the script. A personal account of the different problems encountered during the making of "The Relief of Belsen" is given.

Hat Trick Production was commissioned by the BBC for "Fairy Tales", a series of contemporary interpretations of fairy tales shot in Belfast . The biggest challenge for production is fighting for local drama talents with Tom Hank's production company who was filming "City of Ember" at the same time. A personal account of the making of "Fairy Tales" is presented.
