Michele Buck, Controller of Drama at Granada Television, is described as a gutsy horsewoman who can be reduced to a jelly at the sight of a mouse. She was the only United Television controller to remain in place after the takeover by Granada. She is the executive producer for ITV1Es William and Mary, The Last Detective, Where the Heart Is and The Brief, as well as Channel 4Es Sex Traffic.
