Tactical shelters: immediate response fo expeditionary forces
Article Abstract:
Mobile, protective structures for command and weapons systems have evolved into structures that may also be used for medical and logistics systems. Also called tactical shelters, they not only provide convenient working or living space and protection from the elements but, depending on their construction, can afford a considerable degree of protection from NBC attack or shield electronic equipment from electro-magnetic emissions or external interference.
