Transforming the Navy
Article Abstract:
The evolutionary transformation of the Navy is very critical in order to have a balanced fleet to defend and to operate effectively for extended periods. A quick response is needed to combat the conflict and the threat faced by the Navy and this can be achieved by building and maintaining multipurpose, balanced naval forces.
