Retaining our best assets
Article Abstract:
The Marine Corps needs to adjust its retention policies to keep infantry and reconnaissance Marines who have the experience of fighting in the battlefields. These combat veterans are a great assets for any unit and the Marine Corps must do everything to retain them.
