Article Abstract:
The role played by the Marine Corps University Foundation (MCUF) in granting funds to enhance the professional education and leadership development of Command and Staff College (C&SC) Foundation students and staff when government funding were not available, is highlighted. It is observed that the students at MCU and other Quantico schools gain immeasurable insight, experience, and knowledge that would not be available without the assistance of MCUF.

A liaison officer's observations and insights
Article Abstract:
An allied officer's opinions and recommendations regarding the Operation Iraqi Freedom are described in order to enhance United States/coalition future warfighting capabilities. It is used to encourage the embedding of Australian Defense Force (ADF) planners/lead planners in U.S. warfighting headquarters and support the continued success of the ANZUS treaty.
