The FOBS of war
Article Abstract:
The operational system developed by USSR combining low-flying missiles and nuclear warheads was powerful enough to go into orbit and attack United States. The US in turn formed Fractional Orbital Bombardment System (FOBS), used as a pathfinder against the nuclear attack from Soviet Russia, that can take numerous commands and controls centers around Washington D.C. - the White House, and Pentagon.
