Air Canada puts heat on suitor

Air Canada has formally rejected Onex's hostile takeover bid where the former will be merged with Canadian Airlines International Ltd. However, Air Canada CEO and president Robert Milton said a better offer would be considered. Milton wanted an assurance that employee and regulatory issues must be resolved. Air Canada has challenged the legality of the hostile bid.
