Take advantage of these super benefits
Article Abstract:
Superannuated pension funds have several neglected tax benefits, notably contributions made on behalf of a non-working spouse. Rules restricting spouse contributions to $3000 allow a tax rebate of over $500 a year. The $3000 can be invested in a superannuation account set up to pay an annual pension of the same amount and neither the fund nor the pension will be charged income tax.
