Eaton's issues another profit warning
Article Abstract:
T Eaton Co Ltd issued another warning that its 1998 results will be worse than anticipated. This is the third time the Toronto, Ontario-based retailer revised its original forecast of making a profit of C$58 million in 1998. The last revision before this predicted a C$29 million loss and an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of C$3 million. In response to its worsening financial picture, analysts expect the company to restructure that could include store closings.
