Footprints in the sands of time
Article Abstract:
Memories ($79.95, plus $3 for shipping and handling), a software package from Senior Software Systems, is a tool for interviewing yourself or a relative. Memories generates biographical information, using 1,200 questions in eight categories to cover the main events of someone's life. What can result is a book that can be printed out, complete with title page, dedication and chapter headings. Memories is 'a gem' for its purpose, which is to help someone who is not a professional writer create a biographical document that can be saved for later generations. Memories runs on an IBM-compatible microcomputer with at least 256Kbytes of memory. Two floppy drives or one floppy drive and one hard drive are needed. The program comes on either a 5.25-inch disk or a 3.5-inch disk.
