Fear of flying

Airlines are hurting in the wake of the terrorist attacks, but widespread price discounting is not seen as an option, since many potential customers are simply afraid to fly, no matter what the ticket price is. The normally highly competitive Asia-Pacific flag airlines are cooperating on an advertising campaign to lure passengers back into the air. A top priority will be getting business travelers back in the air.
