Australia, which has one of the most enterprising small- and micro-business sectors in the developed world, has proved to be unsteady on its feet, insecure about building long-term value and unsure about taking good ideas and commercializing them. The federal budget has promised 1bn dollar for a Commercial Ready Program to assist the development of good ideas for market among small- and medium-sized enterprises.
