A new agency aims to help provide clients with a wide range of communications services

A new ad agency, based in Columbus, OH, is being formed by three ad agency executives. The new company, which will provide clients with traditional advertising and offer a number of communications services, will be called 10 Worldwide. The company will have offices in New York, NY, Orlando, Fl, Tampa, FL and Pittsburgh, PA. Among the large clients, bringing over $350 million in business to the new company, are Ford Motor Co., H-P, The Limited, Hoover, Maytag and Sony.

The Interpublic Group will revamp now that it is the world's largest agency company

Interpublic Group of Companies is planning a massive reorganization. The company is the largest ad agency business in the world with billings of approximately $68 billion. The company moves to reorganize shortly after its $1.68 billion purchase of Chicago, IL's True North Communications. The reorganization will affect the company's 60,000 employees and will divide the company into four worldwide divisions: Advanced Marketing Services, The Partnership, FCB Group and McCann-Erikson World Group.
