Key creditors reject Algoma restructuring plan

Sault Ste Marie, Ont.-based Algoma Steel Inc.'s restructuring plan has met with stiff opposition from the steel producer's major creditors. Algoma Steel, which has $349 million in junk notes, is led by chief restructuring officer Hap Stephen.
