NWT natives closer to pipeline deal

TransCanada PipeLines Ltd. is close to reaching a deal with Northwest Territories' native leader for a natural gas pipeline project. Under the deal, the Aboriginal Pipeline Group would own one-third of the 4 billion Canadian dollar Artic project.

Alaskan pipeline injected with new life
