Nortel reshapes joint venture for high-speed Net services

Brampton, Ont.-based Nortel Networks Corp., which is a fiber optic company, will exchange its 81.25% stake in Arris Interactive for $325 million in cash. Nortel Networks also will get a 46.5% stake in a new firm called Arris Inc. from partner Duluth, Georgia-based Antec Corp.

GT continues expansion with acquisition of C1

Nortel delays Antec deal
